For cancellations made less than 7 days before your rental date, we cannot offer refunds. We commit resources and staff to ensure your hot tub boat is prepared and reserved for your selected time, making last-minute cancellations challenging to accommodate.

3. Rain or Shine Policy:

4. Determination of Safety:

To ensure a seamless experience for all guests, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled booking time. If you are more than 30 minutes late to your reservation, we reserve the right to cancel your trip without reimbursement.

6. Late Return Policy:
We kindly ask that all guests return their hot tub boats on time to allow for preparation for the next rental. Late returns will incur a fee of $100 for every 15 minutes beyond the agreed rental time. Your card on file will be charged accordingly upon your return.
